Bright Biomethane constructed a PurePac Arctic biogas upgrading system that facilitates production of Renewable Natural Gas from biogas, which is produced from various waste residues.
This system produces 258 SCFM of RNG (415 Nm3/hr biomethane) from 399 SCFM of biogas (640 Nm3/hr raw biogas), but can be extended by adding additional upgrading membrane modules to produce more biogas.
The produced RNG is directly injected into the natural gas grid and supplies Finnish households with green gas, used for cooking and heating.
